1.  How long have you been in your field and what do you attribute your success?

We will celebrate the tenth anniversary of our law firm in September.  Previously, I worked with a larger law firm in the span of my 16 year legal career.  The success in my field is primarily attributed to striving for excellence each day in my craft as a corporate lawyer, seeking mentors on a personal and professional level, and nurturing solid community relationships that build an interconnected support network.
